  • If you are using points DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! They do not allow complimentary upgrades when using points (!?!?!?!) I mean, every Residence Inn I've stayed at allows this upgrade, without questions. No respect for Platinum members!!! Even worse than that, the room we had, a one bedroom "suite" was very small, had prior water damage that was repaired by an amateur, possibly the front desk clerk? The ice maker didn't work, and the appliances looked like they were bought at a resale shop, and the furniture was purchased at Goodwill. The TV reception is sketchy at best, sometime when you're watching a program, it'll just freeze like its snowing outside but its not, because WE'RE IN CHANDLER ARIZONA!!!!. Next time, will it be Marriott's or Motel 6??? ......MOTEL 6!!!!
