  • We just got our lawnmower back from this business after delivering it for repair to them at the beginning of June. They didn't tell us when we dropped it off that they wouldn't look at it for two weeks. They claimed they had to order a part that was back-ordered for several more weeks. Now about 10 weeks later when we picked it up, we find that they didn't even complete the job and claimed they didn't understand that fixing the lawnmower meant fixing the electric starter too. A shoddy incompetent repair! Avoid these people! And their website boasts about their customer service. What a joke.
