  • From start to finish, this was an amazing experience and my first time ever being in a balloon. I can't imagine another company providing a better experience! The staff is so knowledgable and they go out of their way to let you know what to expect. They were more then happy to answer questions, but they informed us and answered so many before I needed to ask too many! :) The staff's hospitality was really awesome and unique, they are very considerate and all about the comfort of their passengers. Plus I thought it was really cool that there were only 8 of us riding plus the pilot so it was not crowded and even the passengers were awesome! I totally recommend this business if you really appreciate a great time and unbeatable customer service! **Shout out to my daughter for surprising me with this amazing birthday gift, doesn't get better than watching the sunrise (or set) together from the view this gave us! Wow!
