  • I only give one star because I can't give negative stars. I got the bait and switch today. Advertised car was confirmed over the phone. Was not waiting as promised. Wasn't on it's way as promised. Half an hour later, the car still couldn't be found, and finally, I was told that it was in the service bay and the underbody was rusted out, and non-sellable. At 11 am on a Sunday they had apparently just discovered this, after confirming the availability on the phone at 10. This was after they took me to the "holding lot" full of dirty, dented, derelict vehicles full of trash, and tried to sell me these cars, promising to re-attach the bumper on one, and remove the fast food bags from the back seat. They even baited me with a nice, easy going salesperson, and switched her out for a greasy salesman who told me there wasn't a car like what I was looking for anywhere. Avoid Van Chevrolet, and Alexander.
