  • Three stars for the car wash but zero stars for the customer service! I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Seems the front desk/cashier was bothered when I went to pay since she seemed to be occupied by a boy. I asked why they don't greet customers and she replied that no one ever asked her to. I asked if she liked being greeted when she walks into any establishment to which she replied, well, yes. I'm all about loyalty when I feel like an appreciated customer. I guess they don't need my business. Will not be returning!
