As I read the reviews about this Retail Outlet Location, there is a common factor of poor customer service / people skills.
All I wanted to do is exchange an item from my online order and I got a bad experience.
My whole complaint at this GAP Factory Outlet Location at 7400 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV is that the Sales Associate didn't explain the exchange process correctly and then she gave attitude. I can honestly say at this point the Assistant Manager that tried to assist with the situation was trying her best, but I think she is lacking the knowledge of the experience on calming a frustrated customer down by owning up (as a company) to the situation and following it through by assisting the customer on resolving the issue at hand. I ended up calling customer service talking to a pleasant representative who apologized for my bad experience at this location. She had agreed to exchange my online purchase with the correct item and paid for my shipping too.
In my opinion working in Public Relations for years, the sales associates needs improvement with customer service, communication and professionalism needs to be corrected as well.
