  • It was an awful experience. Went there for a relaxer and he tangled up my hair so badly. I had to untangle my hair on my own because he started untangling from my roots-everyone knows that you start at the ends. He didn't moisturize my hair and there were flyaways all over the place. One of the worst I've been to. For someone who has supposedly 25 years experience and who'd been bragging about being the best, I was greatly disappointed and it was my most expensive experience.
