  • Sales people were very nice, Lamar was great, Crystal was great, Alex was great. Who wasn't great was the Internet Department's manager who tried to take advantage of me thinking I was young and naive. I came in for the $4500 trade in, they tacked on $2500 in mystery "options" to my purchase price. I was told they were not in fact optional but mandatory but no one had a clear answer what I was paying for. He initially tried to give me 17% APR... I have great credit and income. Within 30 minutes I had talked him down to 6.9%. Very scummy and dishonest way of doing business. I left without buying the car and giving that sale to Crystal. These folks should be disappointed they have to work with such a manager.
