  • Here's the thing... Dr. Koehn was amazing and this is the best place to go in the valley for a dog dental BUT the front office staff is horrible. I just went in to get copies of records and to also get a copy of blood work that was done on my dog, since I never received the blood work in the first place. I have one of the papers to prove that I was there and what I was charged for but I didn't bring it because on the phone they said they would find it. The office staff argued with me and basically called me a liar because they could not find ANY record of my dog's visit or the blood work that was done. They told me multiple times that I must be in the wrong location and it had to have been done somewhere else. Instead of claiming their mistake they tried to push it on me. They told me there was not even a record of the blood work in the email so it was never sent in but yet I was charged for it. Then they told me to go home, get the paper I had and then maybe they would be able to find it. Sounds like another wasted trip.
