  • My daughter and I stayed here for a quick last minute getaway this past weekend. Unfortunately, when we arrived in the evening, our room wasn't ready for check in, but fortunately for us, Romeo Butihi took care of us with exceptional hospitality. With his assistance, we were able to book tickets to our show, have dinner, secure a new room, change clothes and still arrive just as the show started. Our night was amazing, thanks to him! There are a few kinks to be worked out, as expected with a property that has yet to have its grand opening, but overall, we experienced the staff to be friendly and went out of their way to ensure things went smoothly. For instance, taxis and Uber do have problems finding the valet area, but the valets communicated with the drivers directly to ensure we didn't have too long of a wait. I understand they are working on new directional signage which will help tremendously. All the staff we encountered - concierge,bar hostess, valet, in room dining, and all - demonstrated wonderful customer service.
