  • We had a wonderful time! It was our second time doing this trip, so we kept coming back for more. Beware of their refund policy! I booked for 7 people, but then called them 4 days ahead (plenty of time, I thought), and asked for a refund for the 3 people. They texted me saying they will try to get more people and led me to believe they would give me a refund for the extra 3 people. I even offered to switch the time of our group to see if combining it with another group would be helpful and save them effort. They never got back to me until the day of and no refund. Frustrating. IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM: make sure your group has the participants all confirmed. their refund policy isn't really good and they don't seem to be very flexible or forgiving. If I go again I'll just try to book a day before or the day of.
