  • Rick Grant from Sting Security came out to repair our system, We were so impressed by this technician who came out to fix our alarm system, and show us how to use it. We recently bought our home and the previous owner didn't leave any instructions for it. It was beeping and we couldn't figure out what the problem was. We are elderly and security is very important to us since we are new to the area. Rick quickly found the problem and showed us how to use our system. The cost was very reasonable and now we feel very safe. Thank you Rick for being so polite and patient with repairing and teaching us this system. If you every need a service technician, we highly recommend Mr Rick Grant. Thank you Sting for sending a technician out to fix our alarm system in less than 24 hours.
