  • This kitchen remodel was supposed to take 6 weeks-it took 13+ weeks. The workers were quite unprofessional. The "superintendent" was hardly available and didn't seem to know nor care much. The main kitchen faucet was installed and now blocks my shutters from opening. The entire kitchen pipes were blocked. We had to call an outside plumber to fix this. We had previously asked their "superintendent" about the funny plumbing noises-he retorted it was normal. That is not what an outside plumber said. The young ladies "running the show" had terrible attitudes and lied. Their workers convinced me to take out the gas line to make room for the kitchen cupboards-this was a hefty expense to me, and the registrar came and said it shouldn't have been necessary. The electrician was unlicensed. They installed ductwork without the expertise of an HVAC contractor. I would never recommend these "people" to anyone.
