  • If I could give Zero stars I would, but I can't. This one star was just to be able to post review. If you are thinking about going to this place, please think again!! You will regret it. I purchased a groupon for laser vein removal. I went for first session and they sold me another package which also included injection vein removal. This first treatment left me with a burn so bad that I now have a permanent hole where my skin used to be. I went back several weeks later, and the tech was clueless. She did another area and left the burn alone, and the second area burned like bruises. This horrific experience started in March and after 2 sessions in 2 areas on my left leg, I am left with scars that are worse than the than veins I went in to have removed. So bad that I have been wearing long skirts or pants to cover the permanent disfiguration. I have tried to politely ask for my money back and they will not refund my account! They offered a small portion of the balance (which doesn't even equate to two sessions I shouldn't be paying for to begin with), "although they don't generally offer refunds, only credit for other services". As if I would EVER go back there for another treatment! Even the receptionist, Carmen, hasn't had much positive feedback on business practice. This "office manager" Rosie, is a relative of owner Mark Tarfoya, so this family is only concerned with their profit. Rebecca Tarfoya was quoted in an interview as saying "they cater to Hispanic males and females....", which I guess explains why they burnt me, a Caucasian female, so badly. I have filed a complaint with BBB and they so far have refused to respond to my rebuttal. I am in the process of contacting all medical boards and will also contact my attorney so this does not happen to anyone else. I have pictures I would be willing to share... There are plenty of good techs and professional businesses out there who care about the customer, but this is NOT one of them. Use extreme caution!!!!
