rev:text	Haven't even gone to the class yet & have had a terrible experience! Rethink calling the Phoenix location as all the other locations can help you! Christina is completely rude EVERY TIME she picks up the phone & clearly incompetent at doing her job as she either scheduled me the WRONG day or told me the wrong date! Was told I had class on a Saturday so I got up early on my day off to go, get there for there not to be class that day! Tried to call her SIX times and 2 of the times she just completely hung up on me & didn't answer the phone the last 4. Finally tried the west valley number & thank god for Wendy there, found out my class was actually 2 weeks later & got the confirmation I needed! Christina is completely unprofessional and if you get her on the phone, be prepared for poor customer service. * ADDITION * After posting this review, the owner Joe Zahara, went through the files and got my phone number. He proceeded to text message me asking me to contact him on this review but being 37 weeks pregnant, working 40+ hours a week, with a 2 year old son, I just simply did not have time to worry about it. A few days later, he contacted me, informing me that since I did not contact him on the review, he was going to be removing me from the class and continued to text message me when I told him I was going to file for harassment if he did not stop. All I did was try to warn people about contacting the Phoenix location with my experience and for an OWNER of a business to contact me informing me he was removing me from the class because of a review that I had left & did not have time to speak to him on a terrible employee is INSANE! I can't believe the service I have received from this business and do not recommend them at all!!!
