  • We bought our home last year in sept and when we did we were urged to buy the 210 home buyers warranty which we thought would be an awesome thing to have. However we have called them about The ice maker in our fridge the ignitor in our stove our oven running hot and our wine cooler in our wet bar died. Somehow they always manage to get out of fixing anything. They said our oven was improperly installed ??? Ummm it came with the house and you sold us the warranty to cover it shouldn't I get my money back since your not going to cover it ?? Then they said they wouldn't cover our wine cooler because they only cover up to a 30 bottle and ours is a 60 bottle so I proceeded to send them a picture of our cooler completely full with bottles and it only holds 30 they claimed they wouldn't cover it because when they type it in their system it says 60. Then on the stove and the fridge they have sent out the same Crappy repair company 3 times to try and get the right parts to fix our fridge and stove and still cant seem to accomplish that... they are a joke dont waste your time or your money.
