Mr. Manager, of course you're going to deny any wrong doing, but the fact is you sold me a crappy product & kept $50 of my refund! That's not "my money back!" I was calm & never raised my voice or became irate. Customers were asking me about the problems I had with your product. When I told them about the crap you sold me the owner told me to stop bothering his customers and threatened to kick me out. Trust me, I wanted to buy a quality used dryer from a store instead of Craigslist, but you ripped me off anyway! I just want any potential customers to know the facts before considering buying a crappy appliance from your store & not having a "warranty" as promised. What a waste of time & money!
