  • The sales staff is great here and the purchasing process was easy to get great value. However, the installation was a total pain and very very poorly managed by the PM Gabriel. They over ran their schedule by double, charged costs that were not part of the original quote, never returned my phone calls, and were impossible to get a hold of. I was lied to by the PM numerous times on completion dates, work to be done, and any return phone calls I was promised for status updates. I would recommend buying tile here but NEVER have them manage the install.
