| - This has been the place my family stays at when they come in to Vegas. We were treated very rudely by the employee Kim Basham at front desk. We wanted to extend our stay and we had a comp from the Casino Host Deanna N. Kim didn't want to validate it and treated us as liars, not only that, but she told us to move a long because she had other customers to take care of, I'm very sorry Kim, but if I stay 3 nights at your hotel and want to extend my stay, you should not be treating your customers this way. This was extremely upsetting to us, just because we have a comp for an extra night does not mean I should be treated any better and definitely not any worse than the next paying customer. Remember, I paid 3 full nights already. Kim Basham you honestly made me and my family feel like we were unwanted at this Hotel. I suggest you learn some manners from your co workers who know how to treat their paying visitors a lot better. One employee can ruin all the fun of your vacation, your experience at the hotel and casino. Kim Basham that was you. After staying MULTIPLE TIMES at this Hotel in the MANY previous years, I can honestly say I've never been treated the way you treated us. Thanks for the comp, I appreciate it Deanna N, but RESPECT is worth much more to me. Not only did you disrespect me Kim Basham, but you disrespected me and my family in front of other people. I can say many good things about this casino and hotel, I was born and raised in the area but moved to Arizona a few years ago, and I have great things to say about this place, many many wonderful experiences here with my family before, but everything flies out the window now... NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE EMPLOYEE.
