  • We got an oil change and inspection on Saturday, 5/05/18 at the Lawyers Road in Mint Hill location. For a Saturday, I was surprised there wasn't a line and we got right in. I was disappointed that a tire rotation was not included in the very expensive oil change price of $80. Since I also got an inspection, they needed to get inside my car. One of the mechanics left a black oil footprint on my brand new beige car mat (These custom mats cost $100!) They did apologize and attempted to clean it up. The stain was not completely gone, though. It was still wet from cleaning which attracted more dirt and got worse. I understand accidents happen, but in the future, you guys should put down paper or plastic to protect the mats if you are going inside the car. I didn't want to cause a fuss when I was there because everyone was really nice. I will go somewhere else next time.
