  • THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU, MAKE NO MISTAKE. They feed on acquiring sales contracts with VERY HIGH change and cancellation rates. Their BBB is "F", the lowest rating available. They simply use public booking sites like Hotels.com, Expedia and Kayak...and charge you a service fee above those costs. However, they almost always charge more than what their customers agree to...causing hundreds of customer disputes per month. If you provide a credit card, it wil be charged within 10 minutes. Their employees lie on a constant basis, because none of the hotels would do business with them if they admitted who they really were. Lastly, they will deceive you into believing they represent the convention you are attending. That is a huge lie. If you do business with this company, you deserve the trouble you will have.
