I drove all the way out to Mesa to go to this place. I thought they would have the best deal and it would be worth the drive. They replaced 3 of my tires with what they said were 2 matching "new" tires, and 1 used tire of a different make. I have to save every penny. They told me all 3 tires were guaranteed for 30 days. About a week later, one of the front "new" tires was totally flat. Okay, that can happen to anyone. When I took the flat to a local Discount Tire, they informed me the tire had been mounted improperly and that caused the flat. I called Two Gringos and explained the situation. I had to drive all the way back out to Mesa to get a new tire. I was told on the phone that they had it in stock. When we got to the location, we were told they did not have a "used" tire in stock for my car but they could mount a new tire and charge me additionally. Why would you charge a customer when your employee mounted the tire improperly in the first place? I think this is terrible customer service! I had no choice but to agree. I blame myself for traveling so far from home but that does not mean I should have paid on top of my existing inconvenience.
