Within an hour or so of the rude plumber issue, the owner called me, apologized and sent a different plumber the next day with no charge for the evening visit (only if we would get work done we'd be charged). This plumber was very courteous and honest - if something may have been under warranty he told us to try getting a replacement through the company first. He gave us an estimate for the job. I don't know if I'll use them for the job or not, but this incident tells me they have great customer service, but may need some consistency with their plumbers' customer interaction training - the first one was terrible and the second one was great.
