| - After a cross-country move, several pieces of our high-end furniture were significantly scratched, wobbly, or out right broken. The first company hired by the interstate moving company came to perform an estimate and then disappeared. After several months of no activity by the moving company to repair my furniture, I finally had to threaten to take legal action. That got the ball rolling and the moving company hired Premier Professionals to evaluate and repair the pieces that could be fixed. Here's what you need to know: Lonnie, the owner/manager, communicated with me frequently throughout the process and kept me apprised of the status. I was pretty frustrated by the time Lonnie entered the picture and he reassured me that he would give my repairs the highest attention. Lonnie was upfront about what could be repaired, what was damaged beyond repair, and what to expect. Importantly, he kept his word to me on the repairs and schedule. Each of his team members that I met and spoke to were courteous and professional. In the end, we are pleased that our one-of-a-kind handmade dining room table from Italy is repaired and now in our dining room. Our high-end master bedroom furniture looks great, as does a mid-century dresser that was in perfect condition before the move and banged up pretty good. I would trust Premier Pro with any of my future furniture repair needs.
