  • ***DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!**** The Ghetto in the midddle of Scottsdale! This is not an apartment complex more like a rundown motel! I've lived here for a year and I am glad I have moved! The experience was horrendous no pros only cons: 1. Dirty pools, Jacuzzi barely worked communicated to the administrator but again nothing happened! 90+ degrees outside and not a clean pool to swim in. The pool chairs are literally falling apart! 2. Weird/homeless people lurking/sleeping and walking around the area I constantly worried about my car! Moreover I saw two people having sex in the parking lot! 3. I swear the apts are rundown and forget about maintenance. We have had problems with our appliances and still we wait! 4. Everyday we see more weird, questionable people moving in! A pimp and prostitutes/strippers are living in on of the apts and we are constantly seeing men coming in and out, I'm telling you is scary! 5. Shopping carts are all around the property, peoples clothes, g-strings/thongs lay on the parking lot/walkway for months and no one picks them up! Please if you can move elsewhere do so, stay far away from this one! Posted pics so have a look!
