  • In short, Craig Tann and his team are incredible. He had a clear marketing plan that he articulated to us upon our first meeting which included open houses, printed material, and beautifully photographed pictures of our home. We went out of town the weekend that or house went on the market. He said (jokingly, I thought) that he would have seven offers for us by the time we returned on Monday. I laughed, and said, "Just get us one good one, and I'll be happy." Well, we returned on Monday to ten offers over asking price. Craig is courteous and professional, and communicated well each step of the way. I highly recommend Craig Tann and Huntington and Ellis.
