  • Very disappointed at this particular Hilton in when it came to safety of the room. Our bathtub DID not have bath mats and the "treated"non-slippery bathtub stickers did not work. Not only did my 5 year old slipped but when I went in, I slipped, hit my shin bone so hard I was not able to walk for a while. Luckily, I did not hit my head. . I called front desk to make sure they took a report for other people's safety. Security came, took a report and the next day, the manager Chris said he would be contacting me. I advised them to make sure to take care of the problem to avoid someone else being seriously injured I gave it 2 stars because the water park they have is a lot of fun
