Horrible. For the second out of three Saturday's FedEx claims to have attempted to deliver our time sensitive package and says we're closed. But I've been at my location since 7:30 AM and not once have I seen a FedEx truck, hear any of our two doorbells go off, hear a knock at any door, or see a door tag (which FedEx claims to have left). I don't know who the driver is, but he or she is apparently lazy enough to assume that we're closed even though our boxes are marked for Saturday delivery. What's even better is that FedEx has the audacity to tell us to come pick it up when they screwed up TWICE. We never have these issues with UPS, so it makes me think twice about using them. If the supervisor at this ship center is reading this, re-evaluate who you use as a driver, because we're much closer to switching off of FedEx completely than we were a couple of weeks ago. Oh, and the number listed brings you straight to the standard customer service line, not the ship center.
