  • I have gotten my haircut with Andy for almost three years. Overall, he is a good hair stylist but once you become a "regular", service is just that much less. I had an appointment and had to wait 30 mins. Now, I always get there on time, and so when you see another person having their hair done in your time slot, you think, okay, maybe he is running a bit late. But then you see another person having their hair done again, and you're sitting there waiting for 30 mins, you start to think of going to other hair salons. This is a business, it takes a lifetime to get a loyal customer but a minute to lose one. Treat your loyal customers well, because you are taking them for granted and they just may decide that 30 mins is too long to wait for service. This is not the first time I have had to wait, 5 mins, 10 mins, even 15 mins, is okay, but 30 min wait? That's pushing it a bit.
