  • I'm patient of this office for few years. It is hit or miss with them. If ladies up in front office are in bad mood you are screwed. Had cleaning done. They notice tat bridge that they did 2 years ago is not sitting right and it's moving little. They said let us call you back to see what we can do about it. It's been 4 weeks no call. I called them back they said they don't remember discussion about this. Ask me to come in. I did they charged me copay just to tell me they have to redo it all over again. And I have to pay full price cause it's been over 18 months ?? Wtf. They said it wasn't there fault that they didn't put it together. I should've said something right away. So I got charged copay for coming in for consolation how they can't do their job properly. They could avoid all this if they called me as they promised they will. No more ABC thank you.
