  • UPDATE: Just now seeing the company's reply to my prior review. Quite simply: I am not an idiot. At no point did I ever visit the Zerorez website and experience "confusion" by somehow asking for a quote from them. I would be more than happy to share my internet history to prove this. The only company I ever gave my information to was Serviz. And yet somehow Zerorez wound up with my information and tried to use it to book a job with me at a price that was far different from what Serviz told me it would be. It's hard for me to believe that Zerorez has never done business through Serviz... How did "Chris from Zerorez" get my information then? Does he both work for Zerorez and do business on the side? I find it interesting that Zerorez seems to be choosing to backtrack and find fault with the consumer rather than consider the fact that one of their employees may have been unscrupulous. It seems pretty accusatory, and I hope that sharing my experience at least helps one other person not get taken advantage of by them.
