I truly felt like the associate was trying to trick me during the upsell me for an oil change. Because I may "need" the synthetic oil change on a civic. Maybe he doesn't know cars. His negative, snappy tone when asked why it would be a couple more minutes to get my car when he said they were finished really caused me to dislike my experience.
I have a 4 year in degree in hospitality management, which includes customer service.
I left to find out my windshield wiper fluid was not build, which is part of my oil change being a member. This made me concerned that they did not refill any of the fluids they are supposed to do so I called they asked me to come back so they could refill them and their associate said they just forgot to refill the windshield wiper fluid. When I went back for the topping off of the fluid they forgot to do I asked to speak to the manager and I was told the manager was not in today to later find out the gentleman that I was speaking to originally who had the negative Snappy attitude is the manager but went into hiding when I returned. This is not good management. And I will definitely be taking my services at a different AAA because I have never had an experience like this before with AAA.
