Had yum cha a few times at this place because it's close by, but honestly there are many better options out there. This place is in an old run down plaza hidden in a small street so it's not easy to spot. For $2.60 and $2.90 on a weekend/holiday, dim sum quality is cheap and food is oily and messy. Definitely not worth the price as it's on the higher end. Plates are dirty and service is quite slow. Usually you don't have to wait for seating though because the place is quite big and not many people come here. Do not recommend unless you just want a quick dim sum fix.
