  • Again, this review is based on my own personal experience. Like I stated before I have no doubt that Cyn is good at her craft but to confuse me with another client not once but twice doesn't sit well with me. I am in no way trying to hurt anyone but to let others know about my experience. It is up to them to make up their mind or not to visit a business. ********************************************************************************************* This review is based on lack of professionalism since I didn't receive a service. I had an appt scheduled and I drove 25 miles there just to be told when I got there that Cyn wasn't there and wouldn't be coming in at all...clearly this was a mistake right? Well the lady that was in the shop gave her a call to let her know that I was there and claimed to have an appt. Cyn told the girl to have me call her which I did. She told me that she emailed me to reschedule my appt and that she had received an response back from me...really? I didn't buy it but okay it's whatever. Needless to say I was extremely upset to the point of tears! She offered to do my makeup for free when I come back...well I will never go back. Las Vegas is seriously lacking professionalism and customer service. This is the 4th beautician that I've encountered and either they have a horrible attitude or they just don't care and don't show up to the appt. Thank goodness a friend of mine told me about a hair stylist she went to when she visited Vegas last year because I called her up and she told me to come right in. She treated me like a respectable client. I have no doubt that Cyn is good at her craft but if she doesn't take heed in her review feedback she may not be in business for long. Word of mouth is super powerful and so is social media. People will not stand for this and will find someone else to go to just like I did.
