  • I called to make an appointment for my mom because she is looking into correcting her under eye circles and was told to come in the following Tuesday at 1015. I spoke to Alex and she did not write down the appointment, so when we arrived at 10:15am today the receptionist told us that we did not have an appointment and that we had to wait until 11am. We waited until 11:10. There was no sense of urgency by the staff to take in their clients. Not very happy with our first experience.
