  • Deal with drive to the strip---Nope Deal with parking and walking 1/2 mile--Nope Andrés has it going on..and then some! Great execution for "Simple Food" makes a great experience. French Onion Soup- great flavor, consistent cuts on the onion, cooks consistently....again...great execution and attention to detail. Frissee Salad- transported me back to the small Bouchons in France...thank you bringing such amazing food memories Escargot Provencal- great combination of garlic, butter and fresh herbs....how can you go wrong?!?! Thank you so much for opening this amazing restaurant....if great chefs continue this trend of leaving the strip and opening great eateries like this in the suburbs ...who knows...Las Vegas might actually create "Culinary Soul"
