I come to snooze often with my husband and father in law on the weekends. Although there is usually a wait it is well worth it because the food is always good and staff is amazing. This past Sunday we were there and our server was Alyssa. My FIL asked Alyssa what the best French toast was (thinking he could get any of them because they have gluten free bread- he has celiac) and she says the Drunk'n Monkey. Quickly she realized it was made with banana bread and couldn't be done gluten free. Now I bet if you are reading this you think I'm going to complain but you are so wrong. She made another recommendation (the OMG French toast) and everything was great. Before our breakfast came out she brought an apology pancake (the gluten free blueberry Danish I think) and it was delicious and my FIL loved it. It truly is the little things like that when you are dining out that make your experience so much better. My husband and I got two things and split, we had the cinnamon roll pancake (which I dream about, it is seasonal and not on menu but they will still make it for you if you ask) and a breakfast scramble which were both delicious. We are probably going to ask for Alyssa next time we come, she was fantastic!
