  • Needed our camper towed since we had a flat with damaged rim. They quoted us at $125 an hour and were going to charge us for 4 hours because they are in Phoenix and we were in AJ ..... On a Sat morning at 8am...Really?? When I called to try to negotiate the rate I was told this includes loading and unloading because "that doesn't happen all by itself!" Yes... The lady I spoke with actually said that to me. Luckily for her my kids were within ear shot of this conversation. I work in IT.... I'm not an idiot and don't make close to $125 an hour...ridiculous. We ended up not needing them THANK GOODNESS. Stay far away from these people if you can and be careful if they end up towing you!
