  • First of all when someone answered the phone she just answered with a hello, I didn't even know if I have the right business. Very unprofessional. I called for an approximate quote on what I needed done on a dress She said that it was impossible to give one based on a lot of variables. When I told her what fabric it was and that I needed a foot of fabric taken off and hemmed, she said oh I don't know about that it's a lot of work. How much could taking off a foot of fabric be and hemming it be? This is what she does for a living right? Annoyed. I told her to forget it.
