  • One more time I am reminded what a mistake it was to purchase ANYTHING from Peoria Ford! I bought a new Escape for my mom who is very diligent with the maintenance schedule and making appointments for oil changes etc. They told her they would get her in and out quickly .. 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a 70 year old woman to sit there waiting is inexcusable. EVERYONE one at Peoria Ford talks a big game about how great the company is .. I have yet to experience it!
