  • This might sound cheesy, but this Ulta location truly is as good as it gets. We drove out to the Rainbow location around 7pm on a Thursday night with hopes that it wouldn't be too busy after work. I'm not sure if this is a new location or what, but it is GORGEOUS! It's bright, with brilliant white backlighting and HUGE. Probably the best organized location, it was easy to find exactly what I was there for - my husband even shopped around a bit. I will drive across the valley to visit this location again. ...hopefully they'll bring one to North Vegas soon, and it will be modeled after this one.
