I have been to this location as well as the Yorkville one. In all truthfulness both are equal in terms of professionalism and skill. However I find that MYNC is more pluff than perfection. They do not entirely fulfill your visionary expectations. At times with reasonable justifications such as balding spots, sparse brows or excessive growth. This would not be a issue on their end, however, each time with a different aesthetician the same error occurred--none of them explained from the beginning of the appointment that they could not execute my desired shape. Instead each one of them nodded in compliance and only after it was completed they explained "what was wrong with me", in conjunction to why they could not produce the overall look. Therefore, if you know as a professional it is not possible to procure what the client is asking due to there present shape or state than say it from the get-go. Allow the client the chance to either reschedule or give an alternative shape. I am tired of having to grow my brows every month to have to hear the same excuse, it is mentally and emotionally draining. Nevertheless, it isn't horrible as the general atmosphere is welcoming and kind but most definitely not worth 22/ 25 $ plus tax. Especially when you leave feeling as it your brow shape is an assignment constantly in rough draft.
