  • I have never taken the time to write a negative review about ANYTHING but the owner of Barre Cleveland has made me cross over to the dark side. Not only was she unwilling to make good on an amount paid but she was incredibly rude and sneaky in the process. And when I told her I thought she was being deceitful and provided proof to that effect, she said I was verbally insulting her. If calling someone out on a bait and switch scheme is a verbal assault then by all means consider me guilty. I have never encountered someone so unprofessional in my life. After this experience I went online and and a simple google searched uncovered countless other people who have had similar experiences. Some were even cyber bullied after expressing their opinion. I wish I would have researched them before. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere where the owners care about their customers and potential customers.
