  • I have never stayed at Mandalay Bay or TheHotel. So when I saw a pretty good rate for Delano ($111/night with the panoramic view upgrade) I had to do it. Just walking into the lobby it already feels massive and modern. I like this place a lot more than Vdara. The fact that I can Valet AND self park makes this place great. Added to the fact that there isn't a casino to walk through to get to your room and it becomes golden. The living room was pretty spacious. The bedroom was also pretty big. I liked that they give you slippers. I'm not too sure any other mlife properties really doing that anymore. The only thing that was a disappointment was that a helicopter was flying near the hotel and it was extremely loud. Not that there is anything this hotel can do to get rid of a helicopter but it was really annoying. There isn't a stove like at the Vdara but there is a small place in the fridge for storage. I would most certainly stay here again. I also like the fact that I can gamble at Mandalay Bay or if I feel like gambling at the $5 tables I can go to Luxor.
