  • Had the displeasure of going here...Now I've been in the past but this particular trip was particularly bad....the doctor seemed rushed and told me they couldn't run the tests that I wished to have done for blood work. In addition I was given an approximate figure for x-rays and breathing treatment needed. Fast forward and I'd received a bill for far more than I had been told originally...I called to ask a question about the billing and was told they'd be back to me within 2 weeks. I'm not one to allow bills to go without being paid promptly so that worries me but I was assured it would be fine. Fast forward and I receive a call today... immediately call back thinking resolution had been reached...instead I'm told by a particularly rude lady that not only washed bill valid..but since I hadn't paid when the first statement came I wouldn't be receiving the 20% off I'd been eligible for self paying. I'd say I'd never use Novant again but due to the daily healthcare system my hands are tied...as I can't afford $600mnth for subpar insurance...so I'll have to deal with doctors who most certainly don't want to be doing clinic time...And the rude People working the payment lines at Novant...
