My buddy wanted to play this course which is about 1 hour from the strip. I asked him why do that when there's like 20 course, all within 20 minutes LOL. But I digress.
So I zoomed up the 93 and in the middle of the desert, is this oasis of a course. I mean, you literally see barren desert, then 50 yards down the road, you see this nice coyote springs signage flanked by tall palm trees.
This is a beautiful course and its in great condition. Unfortunately this course doesn't have a traditional clubhouse with all the amenities. Everything is housed in bungalows, kinda like portable high school classrooms. Its comfortable but not posh. But I am only in there to stock up on drinks and pay for the round of golf, no sweat there.
Pros:
- awesome driving range, on real grass
- decent practice green
- course in great condition
Cons:
- "minimalist clubhouse"
- gas golf carts, sniffing fumes for 5 hours kinda got to me
- no cart girl so def stock up before you tee off!
