  • Hottest day of the year so far. Our 3 year old $7100 AC. That we purchased is not working. We left a message last night for a call back at 7am . We called at 7:15 they said someone would be here at 8:30 it's now 11 o'clock . My wife and II are both supposed to be at work . Several calls still no tech. The worse product and service to date. On a positive note when the tech finally arrived at 11:30 he really knew what he was doing. Still I would only use them because of the limited warranty that covers parts. Day and Night brand AC units are very poor quality avoid them.
