Have been here now for 2 concerts, one in the gallery seating and one on the floor/general admission...both are really good choices, and you really can't go wrong with either for a good view...unless you have some amazon in front of you, or everyone had their cell phones up taking pics and videos (that was quite annoying). Overall, acoustics were pretty good. The bouncy floor is true, and quite interesting. It's better to go back and forth to the bar/bathroom if your seated, otherwise you're fighting the crowd to get to the bar and then back your spot or group. And while it was crowded on the floor, I didn't feel smothered.
My only complaint is that the bar person was a little snippy with us our first go around...I guess we didn't move fast enough after we got our drinks. And at The Cure concert there was a long line for the merchandise...I saw a complaint about that on another review...seems they don't staff it that well.
