  • I moved out in February of this year because my apartment was full of mold and the rent's are outrageous. At this point I'm still being lied to about the refund of my deposit. They desperately obsess over the zip code to justify their rates by the way. Most of the tenants are section 8 or a similar program paying a fraction of what other tenants pay. On my move out inspection the assistant manager was quick to point out the horrible smell of mold right when she walked in the apartment and I was quick to point out where the mold was growing. They never took me seriously when I lived there about it. A friend of mine still lives there. The apartments are in horrible condition, cheaply and poorly " remodeled " and they will not fix anything after you move in. The apartments and appliances are very small. The fixed income tenants are nosy and everyone seems to smoke a lot. Having a chiller system your apartment will often smell like cigarettes. The laundry rooms are nasty and filled with mosquitos in the hotter months. I could go on. You can do so much better for LESS than what they charge. I did.
