  • I would have rated HIGHER if I could. I was referred to 3A Auto because I was searching for a Mechanic I could trust! The Dealership was overcharging me and giving awful service. My last oil change was from a chain company who charged me to rotate tires but did not do it (how I know is I marked my tires) I needed someone I did not have to SIT AND WATCH! Jimmy came highly recommended and I just picked up my car today from 3A Auto Repair and I could not be happier or more impressed with the service and care factor given to me by his entire staff! Kyle and Bobby were so pleasant and knowledgeable! They gave me a ride home and to a great relief they were ALL GENUINELY HAPPY TO HELP ME! I was so shocked based on my previous experiences! I thought, this is how customer service should be done, I am EXCITED to go back!! They worked around MY schedule and fit me right into theirs! I got an inspection, oil change, new brakes and thorough feedback regarding the condition of my car. Kyle told me why my engine light was coming on and instead of trying to UPSALE me by creating fear, he told me the TRUTH about the level of importance. I do need to fix it, but it is not a RIGHT NOW thing, so I will handle it my next time in. The price was SO Reasonable that I would have been THRILLED to pay MORE! I have always said, you get what you pay for. Jimmy and his team went so far above and beyond making me feel comfortable, being honest and trusting, and then further impressing me with reasonable prices that are FAIR! If you are looking for FAIR pricing with REMARKABLE service, you need to stop here! I am looking forward to my next car repair! (And I can promise you I have never said that before!)
